Hemet Global Medical Center provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient cardiology care services, including a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Comprehensive care includes a thorough assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and intervention, in addition to continued evaluation to ensure progress is on track. This process often begins with non-invasive testing.
Hemet Global Medical Center’s Pathology Department performs laboratory procedures for all healthcare related needs. Appropriate samples will be collected and routed to the appropriate referral laboratory for analysis. Initial testing and diagnosis is such an important step in helping our patients get back to enjoying life. If testing is required that our hospital does not support, additional resources are available.
Outpatient Laboratory Services are offered Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Routine services are offered during these hours. The Specimen Procurement Unit is responsible for outpatient phlebotomy, specimen receiving and processing, and shipping samples to reference laboratories. Limited staffing and services are available during non-business hours, weekends, and federal holidays.
Clinical Laboratory Services are offered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Hemet Global Medical Center’s Department of Pathology and its Medical Director are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP). All Clinical Laboratory Scientists (CLS) employed at Hemet Global Medical Center are licensed by the state to perform all respective testing.
